    Sarah of Fit Frenchie Living has joined The Juniper House team to bring you Postpartum and Prenatal Fitness. Her focus has always been women’s health, so it felt natural for her to pursue prenatal and postpartum training after her first pregnancy. She is a certified prenatal and postpartum coach, and thrives on teaching women how empowering being strong and moving your body can be.

  • Prenatal and Beyond Yoga

    We’ve teamed up with Jessica Hughes of Pear Maternal Mind & Body. She will offer an array of yoga classes at her studio in Virginia Beach, with an occasional appearance at The Juniper House. Check out her Instagram to learn more about classes!

  • Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga - Virtual

    We are pleased to offer classes with DeAnna Houston of DeAnna Houston Yoga, who specializes in providing virtual access to yoga designed for expecting and postnatal moms.

    Classes are:

    Prenatal - Wednesdays

    7:00 PM - 8:15 PM

    Postnatal - 3rd Sunday of every month

    8:00 - 9:00PM
